Jordan was great! I put in a request Sunday evening for guttercleaning and he called immediately and we set up an appointment for the following Monday afternoon. He was very good about communicating when he was going to be at our home. When he got here, he was very thorough and also found a trouble spot then went above and beyond to further investigate and remove tree roots, etc. We are going to also have him install gutter covers. Definitely recommend!

Sorry for a late response...Jordan responded on time. Not only did he clean out our gutters, he installed screen protection in HEAVY steady rain. One side of the house was tested and passed. Had issues with over flowing clogged gutters...had it cleaned out and working great. Would greatly recommend him. Thanks Jordan.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts for customers that want multiple services. For example - roof cleaning, sidewalk, and siding. I bundle these services to make the price affordable and fair for customer. I also give discounts to returning customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is introductions, then asking customer what services they would like completed. I like to explain to the customer how I will be cleaning their house. Next is agreeing on a price, and then doing the job. Final is payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education comes from taking classes on exterior cleaning and from experience on job sites.
