Charles was awesome. Same day service, quick, efficient, and detail oriented, when others wouldn't even come out same day (following a major wind storm, no less) Charles did, and repaired on the spot! A+

We had a few missing/damaged shingles, not a big job at all, but Charles treated us the same as if it were a total roof replacement. He was prompt, communicated often, and was willing to do go the extra effort to make us happy.

Franklin Contractors repaired the roof on the back side of my house. They had to tear off two layers and replace the tiles. They were done by noon. They also nailed down a trellis on my patio for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

With out a doubt I will continue working with Franklin Contractors! They were very prompt and professional, of which gave impeccable customer service.
