With out a doubt I will continue working with Franklin Contractors! They were very prompt and professional, of which gave impeccable customer service. Charles was awesome. Same day service, quick, efficient, and detail oriented, when others wouldn't even come out same day (following a major wind storm, no less) Charles did, and repaired on the spot! A+
