- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost all depends on what works need to be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set appointment, meet with customer, evaluate the issues they are having, properly diagnose the issue, and write a proposal/estimate. If customer decides they would like us to preform the work. We would then get them on schedule. Average wait 7 days from signed proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended trade school through 2007-2008. Facility maintenance with Home builders institute.
