- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're never going to be the cheapest contractor, but those guys don't stay in business. We tailor solutions to what you NEED, not what we want to sell you. We will give you options as often as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We’ll visit the property to inspect the issue and define the scope of work. 2. Most estimates are provided the same day, but complex jobs may require a follow-up visit. 3. We’ll review your options, find the best fit, and schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 people in the company have over 60 years of combined experience alone. We attend regular trainings from material manufacturers to make sure we are always up to date on the latest installation methods, and we are always adapting to fit the ever-changing insurance claim landscape.
