We can't say enough good things about this company! The crew arrived early and worked all day to get our roof and skylights done. They were friendly and the supervisor kept us informed about everything they did. The clean up VERY thorough around the entire house. We would recommend without hesitation.

Hollis came and looked at our roof this week. We had some moisture issues but nothing major. We just didn't want to wait until a problem was there.He spent a fair amount of time walking around up there before coming down and telling us that he would feel terrible taking our money for something we did not need. "Its in great shape." He spent time telling us what he thought we did need and the direction we should be going.Honesty pays folks. I am a fan. Thank you.

I want people to know that this company is very through and professional. I would recommend them to anybody. They do what they say. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. Not one nail or shingle was left for us to take care of. All of this was explained ahead of time by Will Griffin. I just cant say enough good about his company!! Will Griffin is an asset to the company. He came to our house and throughly discussed everything we would need. He was able to answer our numerous questions. Hes nice and energetic. He didnt oversell us on anything. We ended up getting our house and garage roofed. Gutters coming next week. We were so impressed with him that next spring we will be getting windows and siding with the company. Everyone that we dealt with was very friendly. I didnt mean to leave such a lengthy review but nowadays people dont show enough appreciation for things. This review is one hundred percent positive. Thank you for such a good experience and great job!!!

I want to thank J&B West Roofing for such an amazing job! After a lot of research, I went with this company because of their reviews, history, professionalism, and their Better Business Bureau standing. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. They offered a fair price for their work, along with the ability to purchase the Owens Corning extended warranty.After signing the contract, it was going to be a bit till the work was completed. And after the storms we had this past weekend (July 2018), I found a spot in a bedroom that was showing water damage on the ceiling. I contacted Chris Pumroy, my job manager and simply asked for suggestion on what to do to avoid any further damage before they were going to be able to get out here to Goshen. His response was see you Thursday. I was like, ok, cool.. first aid it till it can be done and all will be well then. He's like no... I'm doing your roof 100%! It's getting done. I was beyond myself and so thankful! He didn't have to move me up the schedule, but did!Then today, the job day. I cannot be any more happier. These guys came, tore off my old roof, made the fixes needed to my decking, laid on my new roof which looks amazing, cleaned up and no signs they were even here, in THREE HOURS! I have a small ranch house, but still... This is an awesome company, a great crew led by Matt here, and Chris as their supervisor. Elkhart County needs to know more about these people! Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with J&B, Will worked directly with my insurance adjuster and made the process very easy for me. They worked around my work schedule (which is a nightmare) and ripped off a double layer 32 square roof and had it replaced along with 9 new sheets of decking, several box vents, and reflashed my chimney in like 7-8 hours. I am very pleased with the work not to mention they left it cleaner than what it was when they got to my house lol. 5 stars all around thanks guys!!
