- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on project, as well as which service is selected. Social Media Marketing offers 3 different packages depending on your needs and payment plans can be set up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free Discovery Call or Meeting will take place and following that a proposal will be sent out to the customer with the discussed requests as well as pricing. Once the proposal is signed I will develop a workflow so both parties know exactly how the duration of the project will continue. I use HoneyBooks for messaging, files, and invoices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Social Media and Marketing Fundamentals Certification and over 1 year experience in active Social Media Management with over 2 years of experience in Digital Graphic Designs.
