Tennis even has it's own jewelry.."Tennis Braclet"...hahaha :D LOL I also enjoy that I can eat more of the things I like because my lifestyle as a Tennis Player lets me have a regular workout and burn off calories that need to go! gotta make room for that BBQ :D Tennis is great for making new friends and enjoying the friends I already have a little more. Tennis makes you laugh and makes you cry and everything in the middle...tennis is just like life.

Dell Pride was very responsive to provide quotes for lessons from my initial Thumbtack request; however, once I selected DP and attempted to have lessons, things went down hill. First, over a week+ went by from my acceptance of their bid to any contact from them. The only contact I had was a text from DP, so there was discussion of my goals or current abilities. After the initial text, I was turned over to the scheduling person. And things went from bad to worse. The instructor did not show up nor call for the first lesson. The day prior to the lesson, I contacted the scheduler and confirmed. Then after waiting at the courts on the day of, I had to call to find out where the instructor was since no one showed nor called. The scheduler first responded and said all lessons were cancelled for the day. So I had to call them for more information since I had confirmed less than 24 hours prior. Never once did the instructor make any contact with me. I asked for a makeup lesson on a future date at the agreed upon court. It was scheduled for 9 days later, stating that was the first time the instructor could make it to the agreed upon court. The day before that lesson, the scheduler texted and said the instructor could not be on time to the agreed upon court and that I needed to come to another court. How about asking if I'd wait at the agreed upon court or move the start time to whatever time the instructor could arrive? Apparently there are only a couple of courts the instructor will use, but rather than say so (and I have it in writing from at least two people at Dell Pride that they could teach lessons at the requested park), they just don't show up or they make appointments and then ask you to switch to another court. Poor communication and no show = bad impression. I'm not impressed.

Coach Pride was outstanding and did a fantastic job with all three of my children. I would highly recommend him. His enthusiasm, energy and ability to make tennis fun even with extremely hot summer weather was phenomenal. He is an exceptional coach.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my lessons based on the dedication and loyalty of my students. If students want no commitment and one lesson at a time I price them accordingly. However, if students are dedicated and willing to invest in several lessons I do discount my rates accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The biggest difference between me as a tennis instructor and other coaches; "I'm interested in what my students can do naturally and progressive them from their own inherent talents". I improve my players at least 10 times faster than the average competitive coach because I actually allow my students to grow in the direction as a player that they are naturally designed. Simply put, I help make each player the best player that they can NATURALLY be on the tennis court.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications including professional and tester level for the professional tennis registry (PTR). I also have training and staff experience with the professional tennis tours and the U.S. Open. I have participated in competitive tennis on every level of the game including professional.
