- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set price list, no matter matter what the size of the job. We do not believe anyone should pay more because of where they live. If we can get a discount on your materials we pass that on to the consumer. Again we should all pay the same price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to set up a meeting to give an accurate quote. Than explain step by step what needs to be done. We like to than present a written quote with a complete outline of the scope of work to be performed. Understanding the materials is just as important so we offer to help with the tile selections.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience, products classes and many many jobs that you take knowledge from each and every one.
