- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
that I usually screw myself cause I always think I'm gonna over charge and most of the people I do work for just like myself it's hard out there..the struggle is real and the last thing I wanna do is make some feel like that's all about the money...it's not true although the money is nice you can eat but pride trump's that..well for me anyways gotta have pride in what you do
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to try my best to be on the same page cause it can be hectic and as we all know everything can be done just like that..but at the end of the day you have dog your L's & cross them t's make sure everything is done for sure & if there's an issue let the costumer know don't try too fast fix it or not say nothing it'll bite ya in the long run
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
highschool..but alot of years of doing it to the best of your ability and self taught on the job training there's no better way..it all looks good on paper
