What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bid per job. Service can be purchased at a day rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to know the scope of the work. If it's a straight forward thing we can come out and give an estimate.
If you would like to meet we offer free consultation as well as free estimate. This means if you want to know why a tree looks the way it does we can most likely pinpoint the issue and offer some courses of action.
We deal in handshakes and verbal agreements. I don't need a contract to perform the work at your house and I don't need a court to settle any disagreements.
We are fully insured professionals and can have you placed as a certificate holder via our insurance agent. Just let us know if you would like that for peace of mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we attend 3+ trade shows a year. 3+ training programs. Phil Whitten is highly regarded in the arborist market as one of the premier rope splicers in the world. He provides industry level training to tree climbers from all over the US and recently the UK.
