- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First-time clients will receive a 10% discount as well as a 20% discount on their next photo session when they refer a friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with new customers and really get a feel for them as a person. Having knowledge of their likes/dislikes or train of thought makes it easier to work towards achieving their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've gained my 5 years of experience via self-study and fieldwork. In a profession such as photography, film and video editing, one must keep up with not only trends but, techniques and knowledge of cameras, software, and other gear.
