We were selling out townhome and had an emergency on a Sunday morning before a open house. Our lower level was flooded and we only had a few hours before showtime. I called several places, but none could get out in time. Elite remediation not only answered but came out immediately. They took care of the problem area got everything dry and set to go for our showing.
Not only were they extremely accommodating, but their professionalism and attention to detail was evident and appreciated.
We would highly recommend their services not only for emergencies but for even upkeep of your carpets. In fact since selling our home we still use them from time to time to keep our new carpets clean. Great experience! Thank you elite remediations!
