Absolutely great! My failed sump pump was discovered in the wee hours of the morning, and within 10 minutes I was contacted. The technicians came out, moved everything, pulled up/hauled away the ruined laminate flooring, and got the drying process going. The entire time being extremely friendly and professional.
They also had no problem working with me on the price to help keep my total expenditure within what my Insurance policy covered.
On the last day of the dry, when checking the conditions, one of the owners even offered to help me moves things back, at no charge. I didn't take him up on that because I would have felt bad using his time, but what an awesome offer! Definitely an offer you would only get from a small, family owned business!

I've used this company before, this time for a smaller job (nephew left water on in bathroom). It flooded the bathroom and started into the kitchen. They came in and dried it out and saved my laminate flooring in the kitchen! THANKS GUYS!

No, each scenario is unique. After seeing what level of damage there is we can give a specific amount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Letting them know that they are in good hands. We do all the footwork talking to the insurance company for the customer after they have contacted their insurance company. We work to make things affordable for those paying cash. We move furniture and remove all trash debris. Our experience and professionalism are unmatched.
