The service tech was timely and very professional with the installation of my toilet. In addition, he provided a free inspection associated with my water heater, water pressure, sump pump, and toilet ejector in my basement.

Hope Plumbing will be our plumber from now on. Jerry White was sent out to our home and he was knowledgeable, very professional, punctual (which we love), and his work was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he did the work in a timely manner. We were not upset about the cost because we had a previous plumbing company tell us a crazy cost and wanted us to tear out all of our cabinets and remove the granite tops to get the plumbing. We did not believe them, so we called Hope Plumbing. Mr. White came in was able to do the job in around an hour without any problems. He was great to talk to and did and excellent job.

They had a technician at my house in less than 24 hours of submitting a message over the weekend. Michael was very professional. Diagnosed the problem and thoroughly described what it would take to repair. Came back the next day to complete the repair. Will call them the next time I need a plumber.

They are very good and nice, but extremely expensive. $650 for a garbage disposal install, and I bought my own garbage disposal. Also had to come back out, due to it leaking after 1 week.
