Ryan is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, very handy, punctual, responsive, and at a fair price. I have utilized his services three times to fix the wiring on my wall mounted tv, hang my curtains, set up my security system, fix my dryer door and assemble my bike. I will continue to utilize his services as he is the best handyman I have ever used!!!

I contacted the company (Josh) on a Friday morning and set up a meeting at my home for Monday afternoon. He indicated that 2pm would work best and I said it probably would not work that early. He then said how about late afternoon and I said fine. Later on Friday I texted Josh and said that I cleared my schedule for 2pm and to just let me know if he would be coming at 2 or later in the day on Monday. No reply. Thus I assumed that he wasn't sure what time he would be able to make the appointment. On Monday morning I again texted Josh to ask for an update. I never heard from him the remainder of the day and he never showed up at all. Won't use this company again and unlikely to use Thumbtack again either. Ridiculous service!!!!
