- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work through donations only. If you are interested in counseling I can give you ranges but the determination is yours based on ability to pay or not, and value to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the couple for an introductory meeting, talk about process and topics for counsel as well as review venues and price structures. Then invite the couple to consider whether they are wanting to continue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology from Hope College in Holland Michigan and a Masters degree from Western Theological Seminary with work both in pastoral care and education.
