Introduction: I have dedicated my life and career to working with individuals who are interested in holistic healing as to release whatever is holding them back and live their lives with deeper intention.
Throughout my yoga career, I've continually studied with the best teachers out there, and you will notice the difference in my refined instruction. I craft each yoga and meditation class to uniquely fit you and your goals. After spending the last 5 years teaching in the Chicago loop, managing a studio and developing corporate wellness programs, I've learned the best practices in the industry and honed my teaching style. As a full time instructor, I have extended experience working with students of all abilities, ages (8-88), and backgrounds. Depending on your needs, we can focus on strengthening your practice through aligned holds, working out in playful flows, stretching deeply in yin poses, and/or resting deeply in restorative postures. You'll walk away feeling lighter in body, mind and heart.
As a life, health, wellness and executive coach, I work intimately with individuals who are ready to uncover their freedom and unapologetically live with intention. Together, we work somatically, befriending the body and its innate wisdom so you can ride the waves of life and embody the natural leader within.
