What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate and inspection to identify the issue and recommend the best treatment plan. Once approved, we complete the service, explain what was done, and provide any recommendations to help prevent future problems. We offer one-time and recurring service options depending on your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of turf management experience and 5+ years in pest control. My training includes University of Kentucky turf management education and multiple pest and termite training courses.
