- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hey there! Thank you for checking my profile out and I am excited you are here! This site is designed where the business (Us photographers) pays for a lead or a direct inquiry. Please do your research on reading profiles, websites, and pricing before submitting your request. Most businesses have their pricing established on this site so please make sure the service is within your budget. I have multiple wedding packages as not all weddings are the same! You can book a micro wedding to a full-day wedding with my services. A typical full package comes with two photographers, coverage of the details of the venue and reception location, the wedding parties getting ready, ceremony, bride + groom portraits, wedding party, family, and reception. You will also receive a private online gallery, digital downloads, an option to order high-quality heirloom prints and albums, and all weddings come with a flash drive/USB. All weddings require a $500 USD non-refundable retainer fee to hold your date and for incurred administrative costs. Travel fees may apply. This retainer applies to your total cost. All weddings require a signed contract provided by me. I also serve clients who need senior, engagement, surprise proposals, graduation sessions! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With working with a new client I do like to talk via phone or meet in person to discuss your needs and what you are looking for. It is important to develop a client relationship and to feel comfortable with your photographer. Once hired, I will stay in touch and confirm our dates and times prior to our session. After the session, you can expect me to follow up on how the editing process is going, the estimated timeframe to receive your photos, the email of your gallery with instructions, and answer any questions you might have along the way. It is important to me that my clients enjoy this process and leave with photos they will cherish for a lifetime and more.
