Adam was my personal trainer for 12 months at a local gym. I was extremely out of shape and very ignorant of fitness programs when I signed up for a personal trainer. Adam developed a suitable workout for my level of fitness that challenged me and gradually improved my strength, agility and stamina. I have a history of balance issues and he purposely focused on improving that. My program was a combination of strength training, pilates and cardio. Adam also became one of the instructors for a class that I was taking at the gym. He greatly improved the quality of the class and increased the attendance.

I studied dance since I was five years old, which gave me an extensive background in different types of dance, such as ballet, tap, Latin dances (salsa, merengue and bachata), ballroom dance and Spanish dances (flamenco and sevilhanas). As I lived several years in Africa, I also know how to dance African dance rhythms. I am also a certified Pilates instructor by the British Pilates Institute, UK.
We offer Surfilates, Pilates, yoga, and Pilanze. We are available Monday to Sunday. Private and semi-private sessions are by appointment only.
