- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The decision to start Simco Property Solutions was made after doing outdoor maintenance such as mowing, landscaping, small pressure washing side jobs for a few years and hearing how unhappy customers were with their recent project done by a previous company. I realized there were many folks around looking for a quality outdoor service provider in the area so I decided to fill that need.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of work that is requested is residential landscape maintenance and installation, Paver walkways and patios, lawn seeding and etc. However, the pressure washing side has been growing as well in the concrete cleaning as far as parking areas, walkways, dumpster pads and etc. We are are grateful for all the work that comes our way and would love to have the privilege of working with you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do as much research as possible on company before taking the hiring step.
