Introduction
I have 4 years' experience in building Pulte and Centex homes. I also have 3 years' experience in installing hardwood and laminate floors. Finally, I have a couple of years combined experience in drywall and interior/exterior painting. I ask for a $20 cash consultation fee for a 2nd opinion or a bill of goods creation. I am able to work for a highly reasonable and flat fee by relying on store delivery of all goods so that I do not have to support a huge overhead. Much of my work has to be done on weekends, but once we agree to a job, I get on it quickly in a manner that does not eat up the labor with extra traveling and delays.
