Introduction
Monib Thomas has been a dedicated spiritual leader, relationship/life coach and transformational speaker for over 20 years. While serving as a pastor he has had the opportunity to coach several single and married couples, helping them gain tranquility and victory over life's struggles and assisting them in achieving their goals. He is also called upon to equip and motivate others to live their best life now and to catapult them into their destinies.
He has served selflessly as a relationship/life coach for 20 years , within that time frame a keen understanding of vision casting, strategic planning and problem solving was garnered. He then begin to use his skills and knowledge to teach other leaders to reach their relationship, career and business goals.
Having always had a robust appetite for knowledge, he was led to attend World Harvest Bible College located in Columbus Ohio. Desiring more, he went on to become a collegiate learner of Behavioral Science and Social Science at Liberty University, located in Lynchburg Virginia, with many of the courses studied consisting of psychology and counseling.
His integrity, honesty and respect for others are qualities that his past clients have been thankful for and his current clients enjoy about him.
Monib Kofi Thomas has been married for 27 years to Lisa Thomas, and together they have raised five amazing children.

I really enjoyed doing relationship counseling, he is very transparent and never take sides. I wish I could select all of the choices but I was only able to select 3. I highly recommend him for marriage counseling

Just WAW! If I had to use one word to give a feedback would be speechless. He was just great to say the least and MOST importantly for me my husband was moved, opened and willing to put in the work for our marriage. We have had Counselling before and never ever have I gotten such cooperation with my husband. A heart full THANK YOU for listening to us and not making any one of us feel unheard. I just can’t say enough our heart is FULL!

In our experience with Monib, despite his wealth of tools, we found his approach lacking in effectiveness due to several key areas of concern.
Firstly, his method appeared rigid and somewhat generic, failing to accommodate the unique dynamics of our relationship stemming from significant past traumas. This "one size fits all" approach did not resonate with us, leading to frustration rather than resolution.
Additionally, Monib's handling of accountability was problematic. He failed to appropriately address instances where my husband did not follow through with assigned tasks, which exacerbated existing conflicts rather than resolving them. This lack of accountability contributed to a sense of imbalance in our sessions.
During a private meeting, Monib made a comment that particularly stood out as misguided. He suggested I should dress in a way that caters to my husband's preferences, emphasizing physical attributes that I knew did not align with his actual preferences. This advice, while perhaps well-intentioned, seemed disconnected from our core issue of improving communication.
When I attempted to raise these concerns with Monib, I felt dismissed and even defensive in response to what I intended as constructive feedback. It seemed he was not open to revisiting or adjusting his methods based on our feedback, which hindered our progress rather than fostering it.
In conclusion, while Monib provides a range of tools and strategies, his inability to adapt these to our specific needs and his handling of accountability and feedback left much to be desired. Effective therapy requires a tailored approach that acknowledges and addresses the unique challenges of each couple, something we unfortunately did not experience in our sessions with him.
The first Review I made for Monib he asked if I could give him one only after attending 2 sessions, but after attending 9 sessions I can say do not provide a review until you have attended at least 9 sessions

I truly believe in you! After reading your second review in regard to my relationship coaching sessions. I find it interesting that you stated that one should not exercise their free will of writing a review until they have had at least nine sessions. And after checking with my scheduler, It was found that you had already scheduled 9 sessions before you had written your first review. Also after you had expressed such gratitude in the effectiveness of the tools. And we are now mid August. Your review was written in June. My heart is to help humanity to reach their relationship goals. Often a coach may say something that will stretch you and to help encourage you to reach your goals. What they are saying is that they believe in you! All of my clients know what it feels like to be stretched. And often they say the stretching is something required to reach their goals. As I said before and I say it again that I believe in you!

I said I needed God! I believe god placed Monib in our life for a reason! Immediate response and immediate tools to get your marriage back on track! In such a better place after only 2 weeks. Our relationship was never work until now and we feel incredibly blessed to have Monib to help us navigate this rough patch. We always feel better after speaking with him.
