I contacted Zenith Renovations regarding an estimate to replace roof shingles torn off by a recent storm. Mr. Williams arrived early, walked the roof, took video/pictures of the damage, came down, explained what was needed and the process to make the repairs. He provided a written estimate and his availability. The following week, he arrived early again with all the necessary tools and materials to complete the agreed upon work. However, when he went onto the roof he discovered an animal had chewed a huge hole through the shingles,roofing cloth AND plywood! (we have possums, raccoons, etc. in the area). I knew this was new damage because of the video/pictures Mr. Williams provided the previous week. He promptly assessed the damage, determined the level of effort, provided an updated price and volunteered to modify his schedule to perform the unanticipated work the same day. Mr. Williams quickly acquired the additional tools and materials and completed all of the work in a timely and professional manner; and of course, I have pictures of the repairs for my records. This was a very pleasant service experience and I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Williams built a front porch deck that was absolutely gorgeous! He is very professional, prompt, and works very hard to please his customers. I highly recommend him for future jobs.

Fence replacement with a beautiful privacy fence and numerous unsightly bushes removed. Gutter replacement, indoor/outdoor carpeting replacement and painting of awnings. It is a pleasure walking around my house planting rose bushes and watering flowers. Always professional and timely in work completion. Outstanding******

I hired Zenith to do repairs and other work on a rental property I own thru my 401K, but that had never seen, because I live in a different state than the property location. It was important to me to find a contractor I felt was trustworthy to deal with at long distance. Devin Williams from Zenith Renovations was that man. Devin was personable and eager to accomodate my needs. He provided a detailed bid for the job, sent before and after photos of the work as it proceeded, and let me pay in installments as work was completed. Beyond those accomodations, he performed extra tasks such as locating and installing used kitchen appliances, replacing window screens, and repairing some damages that were pre-requisite to the job at hand (such as replacing rotted sections of a floor before installing flooring he'd bid/we'd agreed on. He did these things without adding to the bid amounts. I recently made the trip to the property location and was able to see the quality of the work he has now completed and meet Devin himself. Completing the job did take a little longer than projected, but I know the property was in poor shape when he took on the job, so I don't hold that against him. Should I find I need anything else done to my long distance property, Devin at Zenith Reno is the man I'll call, and I'd refer him to others without reservation.

Attended Union training before working for over 5 years as a self employed carpenter for various remodeling and maintenance companies. Officially started Home renovation and maintenance business early 2016.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project we recently completed was building a wood deck for a referred customer in a disadvantaged area . It took about 4 days and turned out wonderfully. I was contacted by neighbors and family of the homeowner expressing appreciation. It was a very rewarding experience.
