My team specializes in providing on location hair and makeup for brides throughout Chicagoland and NW Indiana. We are a multicultural group of women who pride ourselves in accommodating all ethnicities and ages. Our skill set, knowledge of our industry, and professionalism are second to none! Beauty artists have a special relationship with their brides like no other. By the time the wedding comes around, we will have met and talked several times so we have a really great understanding of your vision. We love our brides, and do everything within our power to make your day go as smooth as possible. Natalie was awesome. Not only was she super friendly but she listened to exactly what we wanted done with our hair. She was very laid back, but was able to do the bride's hair and two other bridesmaids hair quickly. I was very impressed and was left speechless. I cannot wait to book her and Lerin Johnson Bridal Beauty again.

For me, trying to find the right makeup artist was one of the hardest things to do for my wedding, especially when you don't wear a full face of makeup all the time and every trial with a new artist cost money. If those things are true for you too, let me assure you that Bridal by Lerin is the right one for you! From the moment I met Lerin I knew her personality was one I would love to have around my friends and family on the wedding day, she's bubbly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. She also listened and asked what I wanted (even though I don't know a lot about makeup) and actually gave me what I wanted! After our trial I loved the looked but once she left I noticed a few other things I wanted to change, I sent her that feedback and like an absolute professional she took those changes and gave me exactly the look I wanted for my wedding, even better she slayed my bridesmaids faces as well! When she wasn't making them laugh, they were taking a million selfies because they loved their looks so much and my bridesmaids were African-American and Caucasians so to find a make-up artist who does both really well was another plus for me. Please hire Lerin for your next wedding or event! She is exactly what you need to look like your best self on your wedding day! I'll definitely continue to work with her for big events and parties I'm attending like birthdays, holidays and other weddings. Thank you so much Lerin! I'm so excited to see how all of my pictures turned out with your golden touch!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a phone consultation. I want to hear all about your wedding! We'll discuss things such as how many people are in your party, where you will be getting ready on the day of the wedding, hair and makeup ideas, themes, colors, etc. If you are ready to book, we can start the booking process immediately and get you scheduled for your pre wedding trial.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the London Eyes Academy of Makeup in 2007 where I was certified as a makeup artist. Since then I have attended countless continuing education classes, as well as one-on-one mentoring lessons with some of the industry's top professionals. All of the hairstylists on my team are all state certified and licensed, and all stay on top of the latest trends for today's modern bride.
