- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NOTE! Still photography services. No video services. Esther Snow charges per hour of photography. This per hour charge includes organization and minor retouches of the images. All photo sessions are booked through a contract and paid in full prior to any photography.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Esther asks a lot of questions to gain clarity on all photography needs. All details and notes are included in a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Esther Snow has a Bachelors in Spanish and an Associates in Communication Graphics. Her background also includes print graphic design.
