About this pro

How does your business stand out?

There are few copywriters that nail the customers with just the right words they understand. It takes someone who understands your customer. For example: What is your product about? What is your service about? What is your website about? When those questions are answered by the owner of a business, it may be different than what the answer needs to be. I look at the business/product/service from all sides and bring in the customers that are most likely to buy from my clients. Isn't that what I am supposed to do? But, I do more, I not only bring clients new customers, I keep them coming back. That's the fun of being a copywriter! Contact me, let's work on YOUR next project together!

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

Challenges about the job, for every project are many times unique. They can range from sending people to a website, to getting them to opt-in for an email list, to make them want to bang down the front door of a brick and mortar store in the middle of downtown, or out in the sticks. Finding ways, or knowing ways to do that is my business, and every challenge within it is where I thrive!

We have already done a few projects. Chris did a good job in proofereading - a number of texts (translated in English). I hope for further fruitful cooperation.

Chris is probably the most dedicated, persistent, and loyal person I have ever known. He is creative and has a tremendous work ethic and is a very successful entrepreneur. I have reviewed serveral of his ebooks and movie scripts and can say that he performs extensive research and is very diligent in his work. I have received positive feedback from associates of mine who have reviewed one of his latest ebooks and compliment him on the results when using the techniques he suggests. I have also had the opportunity to hear some of his radio programs and audio books and can vouch for his professionalism and skills in those endeavors.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects, and clients are individual. Each project is detailed as well as my pricing. It can be a ball park figure to quote, but more specifically, it's about what the client wants exactly. When we get to that point of the negotiation, I can pin-point a price usually that is comfortable for both the client and myself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client has special and individual needs. I have a good general set of questions that I ask the client which usually brings out more ideas from the client on how he/she wants their project to look after its finished. This helps me to target just the right angle of work needed to be set up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Whenever I get a chance I keep up with AWAI. They have so many different types of information in my trade, its great training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like the freedom of working on the internet, and enjoy educating clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients normally ask more about Search Engine Optimization, and Direct Response Emails than anything else. Though I do all sorts of marketing, and have had successes in all types.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Currently, I am working on a few different projects. The one I am fond of is writing a Cirque De Sole show. It's taking lots of energy, but lots of creativeness as well. I will be excited to see how it is performed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The customer really needs to have a pretty hard grasp on what they either want or need from a copywriter. If they have that, they are way ahead of the game. . Either way, we always sort it out. When the project is complete, I have never had a client tell me they were not satisfied.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are key copywriters that know what words, and technique to use in web content, written copy for direct mail, and the right web content to write for getting customers. I like to think that I know that and more. I do a fairly good job at keeping my customers. AND they come back.
