Great work done today by Alfredo, Magdiel, and Uriel! They installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawl space. Also, they shored up some support columns and checked the level throughout the house. They were on time, explained things well, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived.

KCS was able to come out and get us on their work schedule quickly! After a small incident were work was not completed to the satisfaction of our original quote, Alfredo and Magdiel quickly addressed the situation and came back out to make it right. We appreciated their professionalism and ability to honor what was quoted to us. On top of that the guys, both times they were here, worked incredibly hard their entire duration at our home.

KCS went above and beyond to fix a major problem with a sagging floor.Jacob Holz was my first contact. He is professional, knowledgeable and doesn't push you into anything you are not ready to tackle. Brian. The foreman was professional as well. He was great explaining what his team was doing step by step. Not an issue at all working with a woman, which some construction companies have an issue with.I will definitely use KCS again for any future issues.Thanks guys!!!
