Introduction: Over 20 years working with Windows based software and building Personal Computers. I offer: - Hardware diagnosis and repair - Software installation and removal including re-imaging and Operating System installs - Diagnose and repair most Operating System errors to prevent data loss - Data recovery service - Virus detection and removal, including ransom ware. - Laptop hardware failures including screen repair, liquid damage, battery replacement, charging equipment. - Network services: wiring, WiFi install/setup, router install/setup. If you have a problem with your computer I can tell you what is causing it and fix it. I travel to customers within a reasonable distance of the Greater Indianapolis Area. I also can provide remote support. Some repairs may require procurement of parts based on the device that is failing and the manufacturer. I will always be upfront and provide the best estimate for the date of completion. Rush orders may cost extra.
