I came home from a work trip and noticed the house was much colder than normal. Our old furnace had finally gone out after 19 years, so I started looking for a replacement. Varsity Zone was able to come out within an hour or so, and Jesse and John had a new furnace installed the same dayon a Fridayso we could have heat over the weekend.The installation went smoothly, and a month later everything is still running great. I can already tell the system is much more efficient than our 20-year-old one. Ive called Jesse a couple of times with questions over the past few weeks, and hes always been quick to respond and very helpful.Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Varsity Zone for anyone needing a new furnace or AC system!

Jesse and Cody arrived on time, quickly set up to clean my ducts and dryer vent. They got the job done with no issues and any mess they created they cleaned up- which I appreciated. I have two cats, and they were kind enough to watch out for them. I was going to have the HVAC serviced with another company, and they let me know they do that too. So once done with the ducts they serviced my HVAC and humidifier quickly and saved me some money doing both at once. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

The communication was great by reminding me of the appointment ahead of time and letting me know when to expect the technician that morning and then again when they were on their way. Jesse was very professional and thorough as he walked through each of the items. All questions or answered and will be coming back to help install our thermostat for a very reasonable price. Based on the service, I would absolutely recommend them.
