- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system for a lot of the jobs that I bid usually by the square foot. But for smaller jobs or for some ubseen projects I bid by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk wirh any new customer first to get an idea of the work they are wanting completed so we are on the same page. I always discuss pricing up front so there are no surprises at the end of the project and everyone is satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for my father years ago. He was a brick mason and was skilled in most cobstruction trades. Through the years I have worked in the residential construction field and enjoyed it.
