My lawn looks good after Eppic Lawn Care finished however, communication was not that great. I had requested lawn care services every other week and the crew was sent out two weeks in a row. During the mow, I stopped the guys because they had cut down two redbud saplings that I had just planted. I tried to call and email Jacob to address that AND the schedule error (they came out two weeks in a row, instead of every other week) and did not hear anything back. Unfortunately, I will not be using Eppic Lawn Care in the future.

I received an excellent quote from Eppic, but when I tried contacting them to schedule winterization, no one got back to me. Sadly, I went with another contractor.
