They came out and got us into our unit. And also were able to put a new mechanical coded deadbolt log. It was pricey. But they got the job done.

I was very pleased with their quality of work. They took care to offer a front door handle set that was the same top of the line product that was being replaced. The work was done quickly, accurately and made selecting my replacement seamless and from the comfort of my home.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
“Customers should know that my pricing is always upfront and transparent. I explain the cost before starting any work so there are no surprises. Every job is based on the type of lock, the tools required, and the time it takes to do the job correctly without causing damage. I focus on fair pricing, honest recommendations, and delivering quality service that provides real value.”
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“My process is simple and transparent. I start by listening to the customer’s situation and asking a few quick questions so I can understand the exact issue. I provide clear pricing upfront before any work begins. Once on-site, I walk the customer through the solution, complete the job with the right tools and techniques, and make sure everything is working perfectly before I leave. I always aim to make the experience fast, honest, and stress-free for every new customer.”
How did you get started doing this type of work?
“I started as a locksmith technician in 2021, learning hands-on and building experience in residential, commercial, and automotive services. In 2023, I established my own company, and since then we’ve been proudly serving the entire Indianapolis area 24/7. My goal has always been to provide reliable, professional service that customers can count on any time they need help.”
