- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to me with interest in my services, I will set up a time to either meet in person or talk over the phone. I strive to provide exactly what the client wants, and that starts with introducing myself right off the bat. After that, I send a mock-up contract for them to look over. Once you are ready to book, I send you the official contract and we move forward. My goal is to make this process as easy for the customer as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Photography from Indiana Wesleyan University. I am continuously watching online workshops and read articles to keep up with editing techniques and new gear developments.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I honestly want to present you with a wonderful image that you want to show everyone you know. I want you to see an image of you and absolutely love it! It isn't about me and what I want; it is about what you desire in a photograph.
