- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and competitive. We DO offer discounts to non-profit websites. We will happily answer any questions about project value. We love to offer long-term care for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will start with a phone call to discuss the specifics of your website needs. This includes what platform you have or desire, the content to be included, media, etc. Then based on your needs we will quote you the cost for designing your website. We send a follow up email to gather more information about your website needs and an invoice for both of our records should we move forward together!

We have worked with many types and sizes of businesses! We work on a zero discrimination policy.
