- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything about our industry is complicated. From the homeowners perspective, a lot about windows are standardized. We simplify the pricing by separating product lines and then pricing by the window opening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work ten years behind. We look at the windows that were made ten years ago and find the flaws and weaknesses in their design and engineer a solution to those flaws to be poised to offer a replacement product when those windows begin to fail.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We wanted to stand out. We wanted to be different from other window companies. 15 years ago, there was no one offering a professional repair product. We got in on the ground floor and created our own niche. Many companies have since copied our service, but none have yet to match our quality of product or service.
