- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to sit down with a client and ask them a series of questions to get a better understanding of the specific look that they are wanting to achieve. For instance, I will ask a bride what her colors are in her wedding, what color are her accessories, does she want the bridesmaids to have all of the same look, etc. I really want to connect with the client and make sure that they are going to be completely satisfied with their service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in an internship with a well established makeup artist in my area. She has had some of her work featured in Italian Vogue as well as many other well known publications. I have gained a great amount of experience and knowledge through my internship. I will also be receiving my esthetics license within the next year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out by contacting local makeup artists in my area to be an assistant. I have always had a passion for beauty and makeup!
