- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of service, size of the space, and level of detail required. We aim to be fair, transparent, and competitive while delivering high-quality results. Please note that deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery, and floor care services may be priced differently than standard cleaning due to the time, equipment, and products required. We’re happy to discuss your specific needs and provide an accurate estimate so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, organized, and designed to make things easy for you from the start. We typically begin with a **quick phone call** to understand your needs, the type of space, and the level of service you’re looking for. From there, we schedule an **on-site walkthrough** so we can assess the space in person and ensure we’re capturing the correct scope of work. After the walkthrough, I’ll review a detailed **proposal with you via Zoom**, where we go over services, expectations, and answer any questions before moving forward. If you decide to move ahead, we’ll coordinate a **start date and onboarding process**. For many ongoing commercial cleaning clients, a **deep clean is often recommended first** to bring the space up to standard before beginning routine maintenance cleaning. During onboarding, I’ll work closely with you to make sure everything is in place for a smooth start—including confirming the scope of work, access details (keys, entry instructions), alarm procedures, and scheduling. Our goal is to make the entire process seamless while setting your space up for consistent, high-quality results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the cleaning and facilities services industry since 2016, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of environments including offices, commercial buildings, and specialty spaces. This has allowed me to understand the unique needs of different industries and tailor our services accordingly. In addition to real-world experience, we prioritize professional training and safety. Our team is trained in proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety standards, including OSHA-compliant practices to ensure a safe and effective work environment. We also take pride in the quality of our team—we only hire experienced, senior-level cleaning professionals who understand the importance of attention to detail, consistency, and professionalism on every job. This combination of experience, training, and a highly skilled team allows us to deliver reliable, high-quality results for every client.
