Jaime showed up on time, came prepared, and even ran to Menards real quick once he realized the job was a little more difficult than anticipated. He did not charge extra (even though I gave him extra $). I highly recommend Jaime for your handyman needs.

They did a very good job on my pool deck. They added what I wanted. They took the time to make it correctly. I appreciate the care they took in making it safe for my elderly mother to use it. Very happy with the finished design. Plus it was a good value compared to others I looked at.

My price is per hour in some scenarios, in other cases I charge a flat rate I mean it’s depending what kind of work and how long it takes to get done
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first contact with my customer, they know how much I charge by hour and I let them know in case I have to do some extras the price goes to be high, after that if the client agreed I get to the address with a plan of work sometimes it changes a little

I have many hours doing this kind of job I know exactly what to do and when I don’t have nothing to do I know then
