- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually have a set price for services client wants. Anything above the signed agreement has to be discussed. Example did a wedding they hired me for 6 hours decided they need me for 2 additional hours we negotiated additional cost right then and there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process is payment day of services, I accept cash, checks or credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It started young for me initially self taught, then went off into Navy and we shot surveillance photos from the air. I attended Indiana University and took photo classes that taught me the challenges of lighting. I continue to learn online and read.
