($15 every 50 guests) Coloring pages with crayons based on your theme (theme is based on available) DEPOSIT INFO: -You can either pay the deposit right away through our PayPal link. Or you can request to pay by card through a clickable link sent to your email which can take a day or two. -After our phone call consultation the deposit is due within 3-5days. If you need more time please let us know what date will be good to pay. -If you do not submit the deposit we can not guarantee your party date. -The minimum deposit amount due is $50. -You also have the option to pay more through this deposit method & have it taken off your total price due at the party (excluding online fees which is around $2 for every $50 received, & excluding the initial $50 deposit). -If you want to pay a bigger deposit than the required $50, & you are being sent and invoice deposit, please let your event coordinator know so she can have the billing department send the account you require. -If we are sending you a deposit you’ll have 3-5days to pay. If you need more time please let us know when you can make the deposit. -If we are emailing you a deposit we will send you a text to let you know it’s been sent during business hours between 6am-9pm or the next day. -If you do not submit the deposit we cannot guarantee your party date. -Deposits can’t be returned IF you cancel your event less than ONE WEEK before your event. -You can postpone your event to keep your deposit if you have a new party date. -We request at least 2 week if you plan on changing your event date. -We will send you more information about deposits & our cancellation policy through email in the next few days or upon request. VENDOR EVENTS: *1-3 Painters & Temporary Tattoo Artists For carnivals, fairs, etc we also have the option of setting up a vendor table. Instead of having you the client pay hourly for 1-3 painters, the customers/guests pay per face or temporary tattoo ranging from $1-15 per product. This includes water resistant face painting ($10-15), regular face painting ($5-10), & temporary tattoos including glitter, ink, glow-in-the-dark, & press on tattoos ($1-5)! You would only have to pay for the travel to and from the event. *What Comes With Vendor Events: ~ free coloring pages (so customers can have something creative to do while they wait) ~ more detailed designs and temporary tattoos ~ possibility of having 1-3 painters ~ we can bring our own tables & tent if needed IMPORTANT NOTE! For Large Party Events: -For events with a large number of people and a small amount of time (ex. 50-100 guests being painted in 2 hours), we suggest booking more than one painter or adding an EXTRA temporary tattoo artist with any of our painting services -OR we suggest using our temporary tattoo services. These awesome WATERPROOF designs are applied with water or painted on so you still get that magical, painted on feel that is sure to bring smiles and ‘wow’s in way less time! For Really Hot Summer Day Events: -Our temporary tattoo & water resistant face painting services are perfect for those scorching hot summer days when regular paint just melts right off. Plus! This service is perfect for pool parties and longer wear time!! For Booking Multiple Painters/Extra Temp. Tattoo Artist: -Based on painter or temporary tattoo artist availability. This option is not always available, but we have other options to choose from if this option is not available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just 4 simple steps. Sometimes it takes a little work to make a party the most fun it can be, and we want to make sure you get what you’re looking for as easily as possible. Step 1: Settling on a Price *When the price is settled an event coordinator will mark you as hired on Thumbtack and begin the next steps. Step 2. Send Text Confirmation *We send you a text confirmation for your party’s date and time to make sure all our info is correct after booking. You will need to confirm this. Step 3: Sending Deposit *We next send you our deposit information and you’ll have 3 days to pay after our phone call consultation to make sure your party date is confirmed and won’t be canceled. Step 4: Sending Emails & Answering Party Questions *We next do a phone call consultation. You can get to know us as artists and answers some basic questions so we can make your party the best on our end. *We next send you 3 emails. 1. important information for our clients to know about our services 2. COVID-19 precautions including what we do to keep you and us safe 3. permission slip forms to take and post pictures, use paint on minors, and more Step 5: Your Done! *Now it’s your painter’s job to get to work. *Your painter will utilize your question answers and design sketches based on your theme or requests. *Your coordinator or your painter will communicate with you periodically throughout the time before your event.

Clients liked our work and personality so much that we started getting paid event such as with the American Legion in Portage, IN every summer since 2015! Through many trials and errors, advice from other face painters, and, of course, YouTube & Instagram, painting communities from around the world, and some private painting courses we are here today! In 2020 Paint Time FUN started hiring out other professional painters in our areas of Northern Illinois, Indiana, & Michigan! We now hire out 3 other professionals, besides our owe 3 painters & tattoo artists, so we have an even better opportunity to cover your party!! 🥳 In 2020 we also went into business with bouncy house companies in our area because we are one of the few companies that offer water resistant painting & free tattoos using an advanced level of art. 😍
