- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whatever the customer feels comfortable with. I can be available by phone, web chat, Facebook, email, in-person, etc. To better understand your travel needs we try to look at your wants and needs and plan from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend weekly webinars and have graduated my franchise training. I am in the process of working on my ECC. I have 14 years of professional work history and have owned several of my own businesses. I take what I do seriously and will make sure your vacation planning needs are met with the up-most professionalism.
