- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a Discount to all our Fellow service Veterans of 10%. The prices differ between pools. There is a deck fee 1/4= $50 1/2=$100 $3/4=150 and a whole deck is $200. Also if there is large amounts of water in your pool there is a fee. The fee goes by how long it takes us to get the water out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is explaining the clients expectations. I also let them know that I try to always make myself available to them all the time. Communication is important to the completion of any task. I make sue the customer knows what the quote is in full before work is began.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I wasn't educated in school, I was taught on the job. I had a great man, he taught me more about how to treat people, and what is expected. So I try and pass along the same passion and enthusiasm for the job that he did.
