- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be educational, diagnostic, and pressure-free. We start with a comprehensive basement and foundation inspection that looks at water entry points, structural conditions, exterior grading, drainage performance, and air quality risks. We then walk the homeowner through root causes, not just symptoms, using photos, moisture readings, and system diagrams. From there, we design a permanent waterproofing solution tailored to the home. This often includes a combination of interior drainage, exterior protection, ventilation, and foundation sealing. Installation is scheduled quickly, completed by certified crews, and followed by a lifetime transferable warranty and ongoing service support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained specifically in structural waterproofing, hydrostatic pressure management, and basement air quality systems. Installers complete internal certification programs focused on multi-step waterproofing systems, drainage engineering principles, and safe excavation and foundation protection practices. We also train extensively on building science, mold prevention, and long-term moisture control. Sales and diagnostic staff are trained to identify both visible and hidden water issues, ensuring homeowners receive solutions based on root cause analysis rather than temporary fixes.
