Honestly, really solid experience start to finish. The crew showed up on time, walked me through exactly what they were doing and why, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. The work itself was clean and they left the space in good shape when they were done. You can tell they’ve been doing this a while, it wasn’t just a patch job. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a couple people

I paid $6,000 with Everdry to resolve my seepage issue! I also purchased a ventilation system from them separately. My basement has been bone dry since. Anyone in Kalamazoo should get an estimate from them. I got a $36,000 bid from another company to fix the problem, so glad I called Everdry

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be educational, diagnostic, and pressure-free.
We start with a comprehensive basement and foundation inspection that looks at water entry points, structural conditions, exterior grading, drainage performance, and air quality risks. We then walk the homeowner through root causes, not just symptoms, using photos, moisture readings, and system diagrams.
From there, we design a permanent waterproofing solution tailored to the home. This often includes a combination of interior drainage, exterior protection, ventilation, and foundation sealing. Installation is scheduled quickly, completed by certified crews, and followed by a lifetime transferable warranty and ongoing service support.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained specifically in structural waterproofing, hydrostatic pressure management, and basement air quality systems. Installers complete internal certification programs focused on multi-step waterproofing systems, drainage engineering principles, and safe excavation and foundation protection practices.
