FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more you have to clean the more it's going to cost. so if you need me to come in and deep clean your house it's going to cost more. if you want me to come in just do basic clean like dust and mop your floors. wipe your tables, your counters, your kitchen, your bathrooms. it's going to cost less than a deep clean so I would say go with the flat rate cuz then you charge by the hour and you got someone that's going to be there for five or six hours because you want to deep clean you're going to pay more
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
coming by potentially checking the space out, giving you a quote telling you kind of how I work, what my expectations are and what your expectations are. but in the end I just want to make sure you're happy
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I bartended and served for 20 years. And one day I just needed to change and I wanted to do my own thing and I clean my house for free anyways. so why not clean other people's house and get paid for it?
