Moved into a new house and they were supposed to deep clean. Three people cleaned a 3,700 sq ft home in 2hrs. I shouldve done a walk through, but because they were waiting on me to get back, I paid Trina outside and they left. When I came inside and looked around it was obvious they didnt deep clean. I was going to take the loss and move on, but the more I clean and the more people I talk too, I decided to email her and let her know. I just got told sorry. Doesn't look like they did anything but wipe the fans down, mop, sweep and wipe the bathrooms down. They left cobwebs in rooms, even ones I told them about werent touched, blinds were still dusty, windows werent touched, walls were still dirty, there was still pet hair left on the stove. I heard her tell them the cabinets would need cleaned - I had to spend hours cleaning 52 cabinets/drawers myself. One wipe inside and it was obvious they needed desperately cleaned. There was so much stuff not done.Ive spent almost a week deep cleaning myself and with two little kids, Im no where near done. Hiring someone to come clean was supposed to take a huge weight off me and all it did was cause more stress and get time taken away from unpacking. Complete waste of $350.

Maries Maids were very professional and very courteous. They did an excellent job and the lady who came out was super sweet and did a heck of a job. Will definitely be using them again in the future
