- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique and has it's own challenges, so for that reason I would have to bid each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all my customer as if they where family, I set down list to there concerns an expectations of the project. In this way I can go back and design a plan that will meet there budget as well there goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. in Construction Management & Assoc. degree in Architecture from Indiana State University. Past President of Home builder Assoc. of the Wabash Valley. Member of Indiana Builder Assoc. In 1994 & 1998 won Best of Show Division 1 parade of homes. Have served on state & local building & remodeling committees. Continued education through the IBA graduated build program.
