- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it is a wedding or a large party, I like to incorporate some kind of discount. I believe my prices are reasonable, but produce the best of my work every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client, I want to get a feel for who they are and what they are looking for. I may ask a good amount of questions at first, but that is to just be able to get a complete picture and understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through a certification class with GlamLab. Also, I have been apart of a production department for 16 years and throughout time have furthered my knowledge.
