Service call during normal business hours (8am-6pm) is $79 After hours service call is $129 Customer can sign an annual PM contract for discounts
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will talk on the phone and get the basic information. What is your problem or what is your need. We will follow this with a home visit to evaluate your current System and provide you with options and prices for repairs and/or replacement. If a simple repair is needed, we will complete the repair and collect the service call and repair fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kelly is a licensed hvac journeyman in Indiana and Kentucky. He is also a licensed electrician in Kentucky. He holds a national EPA certification. Kelly has more that 20 years experience as an HVAC installer and service tech and is one of the best in the tristate area.
